Md Sajib Miah Manifesto (EDI Officer 2026/27)
I have Been Elected to represent you, as your Student Union Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer for 2026/27, here is my manifesto:
My mission is simple: to create a university where every student’s voice is heard and valued equally. I want our campus to be a place where everyone’s identity, background, and opinion is respected.
I promise to:
Treat everyone equally – no matter your background, gender, religion, or identity, your voice matters to me.
Leave no one behind – I will ensure that no student feels ignored, overlooked, or invisible.
Amplify every voice – I will represent your concerns, ideas, and feedback in the Student Council and University Committees.
Celebrate diversity – our differences make us stronger, and I will work to make our community inclusive and supportive for all.
I believe that every student’s voice can create change. I will work with you, listen to you, and make sure your concerns are prioritized. I will always act fairly, responsibly, and in the best interests of all students.
Let’s build a university where everyone is seen, everyone matters, and no one is ignored. Vote for me to be your representative and make your voice count.
